Project Overview
Marlin had well-established expertise serving high-end residential clients, but its website no longer reflected the level of its work or client experience. The redesign introduced a more refined visual direction and reorganized information into clearer, more purposeful pathways, helping visitors understand the company’s services and move toward an inquiry.
The same direction extended into upsell one-pagers and presentation folders used during estimates and early client conversations. Together, the pieces gave the team a more polished and flexible way to introduce project opportunities, organize supporting materials, and continue the conversation.
My Contribution
Turn a premium brand direction into a clearer sales system.
Designed a more elevated, visually refined responsive website
Reorganized content to improve the flow from service discovery to inquiry
Created focused one-pagers for specific upsell project types
Designed presentation folders to organize campaign pieces and other client materials
Selected Deliverables
The website creates the first impression, while the one-pagers and folders support more focused, organized conversations during estimates and client meetings.
Website Design
Refined the visual direction and improved content flow to better reflect the expectations of Marlin’s high-end residential clientele.
Upsell One-Pagers
Individual campaign sheets helped the team introduce specific project types without overwhelming the larger conversation.
Folders
Polished folders brought one-pagers, estimates, and other supporting materials together in a cohesive presentation.
The Outcome
The work gave Marlin a more appropriate expression of the quality and care behind its services. The website established a stronger first impression and clearer information flow, while the one-pagers and folders equipped the team to guide in-person conversations with greater focus, flexibility, and consistency.
