The Challenge
TriArc entered the engagement with an established logo and industry recognition, but its bright palette and youth-oriented website no longer matched the experience, trust, and accountability the company wanted to communicate. The website needed to feel more credible, guide prospective clients through a clearer story, and make the path from interest to conversation easier to follow.
The challenge extended into every sales touchpoint. Marketing pieces, in-person presentations, and formal bid submissions needed to sound and look like the same company, whether TriArc was introducing its capabilities or competing for a specific project.
My Contribution
As lead designer, I lightly revised the existing TriArc logo by adding a subtle gradient and refined the palette into a more mature, credible system. I translated that direction into the new website, brochure, postcard handout, business cards, one-pagers, and a coordinated family of bid documents.
I also helped shape and design a brand messaging guide that aligned visual presentation and tone of voice across digital, print, meetings, and proposals. My work connected the established identity to a more deliberate way of presenting, selling, and pursuing new business.
Building the Visual System
Brand Refinement
Preserved the recognized logo while introducing subtle depth and a more credible color system.
Updated Website
Reframed the digital experience around clarity, maturity, project confidence, and inquiry.
Brand Applications
Connected brochures, handouts, one-pagers, and business cards through one system.
Bid Materials
Built coordinated overview, experience, and résumé documents for project pursuits.
Brand Refinement
TriArc’s familiar logo remained the anchor. The refinement focused on subtle dimensionality, more restrained color roles, typography, photography, and supporting hierarchy.
Updated Website
The redesigned site moved away from the previous bright, youth-oriented look and aligned the digital experience with the more mature palette. Page hierarchy and content flow were reorganized to introduce the company, explain its approach and experience, and lead prospective clients toward a clear conversation.
Controlled color, project photography, purposeful calls to action, and a clearer narrative sequence allow the site to work as one connected story rather than a collection of isolated pages. The result supports credibility, interest, and lead generation without making the experience feel overly promotional.
Brand Applications & Bid Materials
TriArc needed coordinated materials for the complete business-development process, from introductions and follow-up through formal project bids. I extended the refined identity across brochures, postcard handouts, one-pagers, business cards, company-overview and experience documents, and employee résumés tailored to each pursuit.
Each format served a different purpose while sharing the same typography, color, hierarchy, messaging, and tone. Together, the system helped TriArc present its capabilities, relevant experience, and proposed project teams with greater clarity and consistency.
The Outcome
What began as a restrained logo and color refinement became a connected website, messaging framework, marketing system, and bid-document suite. Each piece supports a different moment in the client journey while reinforcing the same impression: experienced, accountable, and credible.
Preserved Brand Equity
The familiar logo remains recognizable while the surrounding system feels more mature.
Clearer Client Journey
The website and messaging guide create a more cohesive path from introduction to inquiry.
Stronger Pursuit Tools
Marketing and bid materials now present experience, capabilities, and people consistently.
